IRS will open late for this year 2017.  They will open on Jan 23, 2017.  If you file your tax early, your tax return will not send to IRS till 1/23/2017.  IRS will not release your refund until Feb 15, 2017 and your fund will not available until the week of Feb 27, 2017.	TOM THANH LE has passed the test from IRS and became an IRS Registered Tax Preparer since May 2012.  New law from the IRS affect on Jan 2014 : Anyone who prepare your tax return must pass exam from IRS and must become IRS registered Tax Preparer before they can file your tax.   Tom Thanh Le is the first person in Rochester Vietnamese Community has passed the exam from IRS.   There was a lot of Vietnamese American Tax Preparers in Rochester to prepare your tax but may sure you check it if they are IRS Registered Tax Preparer.  If they are not IRS Register Tax Preaprer, stay away from them because IRS prohibited anyone who prepare your tax return without register to IRS.   TOM THANH LE  is the best tax preparer in Rochester Vietnamese Community.   This tax season ( Jan - April 2017), Le's Office -Tax Service will open 7days/week begining Jan 2, 2017.
